A new design for a residential building at the Deurningerstraat in Enschede. At this moment the zoning plan is being adjusted.

Sustainable

The concept is to build 30 houses as sustainable as possible. Our goal is to recycle a big part of the existing building. Also we add a lot of green areas such as green roofs, roof gardens and a lively courtyard. While designing the comfort of the residents was key.
