This week, the first of the total 43 homes of Parklane Residences will be delivered. A contemporary apartment complex, centrally located in the Van Stolkpark in The Hague . The building, originally built on the dunes of Scheveningen on behalf of Thomas van Stolk, has been completely transformed into a very luxurious and unique apartment complex. The architectural look of the 1930s has been brought back  into the design. Partly because of this, the bay windows and the layout of the building ensure that every home is unique. An extra floor has been added on the top floor, which offers space for spacious penthouses with stunning views of the surroundings.
