Moving forward 2020
Moving forward. 2020 will be a challenging year. With three high-rise projects in wood construction and a focus on social real estate, care homes and circular construction, we are continuing the upward trend of recent years.
At the start of 2020, we are working with a team of around 30 professionals on 50 projects from our two locations in Delft and Groningen. We do this in 30 cities nationwide.
In total, that accounts for around 220,000 m2 of floor space in design.
Despite recent developments in construction and thanks to our environmentally-friendly construction method, we have around 105,000 m2 of homes, retail space, hotels and office space in progress this year.
