In the center of Almere harbour an existing office building will be replaced by a residential building with 38 apartments.

The new building will be the centerpoint of the existing housing area and will be build from a massive wooden CLT constructions. The design adds green on different levels; as well on the outside roofs and gardens as on the inside in the central void.
