A shopping building under construction at the Herestraat in Groningen. The basement walls are placed by MBS Kelderbouw. The ground between the walls will be removed so the basement slowly descends.

Transformation

We combine three buildings into a big store with a surface of 1400 m2. On top we build ten houses with view over the historic city center.
