The Grote Kreek in Rotterdam will be the first healthcare building in the Netherlands to be constructed entirely in CLT. “If we were to build all buildings in the Netherlands this way, there would be no nitrogen problem for construction,” states architect director Dennis Hauer of Urban Climate Architects.
