The redevelopment of the Verzetslaan office building in Deventer is reaching its final stages. This transformation includes the addition of a new open and public plinth with a curved glass corner, bringing the area closer to becoming a green and lively part of the city.

The first building at the Pikeursbaan has already been converted into housing, and the second building, part of the comprehensive redesign involving three existing buildings,

will encompass both office and housing spaces. Through the reuse of existing buildings and the creation of new housing, this redevelopment will contribute to the formation of a new, future-proof section of the city.
