Originally built as a printing office in the early 20th century, this building was repurposed in the 1990s into acombined school and office space. Significant modifications included the addition of a new parking garage, a key element in the area's redevelopment into residential housing.
Now, the building is set for a new transformation into a boutique hotel featuring 91 rooms. The renovation will revamp the façade with a bold new design, particularly enhancing the entrances and windows. The roof will be replaced and an additional floor will be added,accommodating public spaces on the ground floor and innovative rooms with mezzanines to utilize the high ceilings effectively.
Construction is scheduled to begin before summer, with the hotel slated to open in spring 2025.
