Commissioned by The Urban Woods, #urbanclimatearchitects, in collaboration with CLT-S and Arcadis, are pioneering the future of wooden high-rise buildings. This innovative project features a 10-story residential building made entirely of wood, without any concrete or steel at its core, marking a significant advancement in scalable wood construction.
Innovative Wooden Design
The Urban Woods embodies the essence of wood construction. The core structure is built using a GLT column and beam system with wooden diagonals on the facade, complemented by CLT walls and floors. This design ensures both stability and optimal flexibility in the layout of the floor plans.
