A unique development of 44 dwellings on a beautiful location next to the water! A place where a former school has been empty for years will flourish again with a green and energy-efficient residential building. A friendly architecture as well as an openness towards the surrounding green and houses has been an important task. The composition of the volume results in a building that is embedded in the environment. The volume is a translation of its surroundings. It manifests itself as a link between the different heights and typologies of the neighborhood.
