Urban Climate Architects at Dutch Design Week 2026
From October 17 to 25, 2026, Eindhoven will host Dutch Design Week. Urban Climate Architects will be presenting there alongside Kiss the Frog, the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, and Scape Agency The Space that Talks Back: an immersive installation about space, climate, and the choices that shape our living environment.
The installation allows visitors to experience that space is never neutral. Every choice has consequences for housing, nature, water, heat, and social interaction. In doing so, the project aligns closely with our vision on climate-adaptive design, nature-inclusive building and urban densification.
As a timber construction architect , Urban Climate Architects explores how design can contribute to healthy, resilient cities. From CLT architect in the Netherlands to circular area development: we work on solutions that make room for growth without exceeding the carrying capacity of the city, people, and nature.
The Space that Talks Back fits the DDW theme R.A.W.: raw, research-driven, and honest. The project invites you to look differently at the city as a shared system. Not with quick answers, but with design that makes questions visible and sparks collaboration.
