Realization of contemporary architecture in Vries Zuid

The realization of a special housing project has started in the Vries South district. Under the name 't Boerhof a series of modern homes is being developed that combines peace, space and quality. The architecture of this project is contemporary and well thought out, with an eye for the environment and the village character of Vries.

Contemporary architecture with character

The houses are built with stylish grey bricks, providing a modern look that fits into the spatial context of Vries Zuid. The layout in residential blocks around a green courtyard provides a sense of security and a sense of neighborhood. Some homes have a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

A vibrant and modern living environment

t Boerhof is more than just a construction project. It contributes to a modern, sustainable and vibrant neighborhood within the municipality of Tynaarlo. Smart architectural choices create a living environment that meets the needs of today's residents: spacious, green and socially connected.

Special realization in the municipality of Tynaarlo

With this project, Vries Zuid shows that architecture and quality of life go hand in hand. The realization of 't Boerhof is a valuable addition to the village and contributes to a future-proof residential area.
