1. Optimal Integration into the Environment

It research emphasizes the importance of carefully integrating the project into the existing environment. Thanks to the strategic placement of height accents and building heights, shade is kept to a minimum and the view for the surrounding buildings is preserved. This ensures a harmonious connection of the project to the urban context, without the sustainability whether the comfort of residents is at risk.

2. Sustainable Design with Green Innovations

The project makes use of various sustainable design principles to minimize energy consumption and reduce the environmental footprint. Community and private green areas, such as roof gardens, climbing plants and green facades, are used strategically to both promote biodiversity and protect the environment.
